Deposit is $250 per week or $150 per weekend for each cabin. The deposit is required within 7 days of date reservation is made. A deposit of 50% is required for group rentals of two or more cabins. A written confirmation will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. Accepted methods of payment are Visa/Mastercard or personal check.
- Additional Persons: There is a $20/day or $100/week per person (of any age) over what the rate is based on.
- Day visitors: We reserve the right to charge up to $20 per day for visitors, dependent on facility usage. Advance notice of expected guests is required.
- One dock space per cabin included with cabin additional dock space available @ $5.00 @day. Electric available @$5.00 @ day.
- All guests and visitors must register at the office at the time of their arrival. We reserve the right to limit the number of persons and guests per cabin.
- Guests are responsible for full payment of the entire period of their reservation.
- Cancellation-You have the right to cancel your reservation with 60 days written notice. Your deposit will be returned less a $150 per week $100 per weekend office charge. Cancelations less than 60 days notice - no refund.
- Check-in Time: 3 p.m. Saturday
- Check-Out Time: 9 a.m. Saturday
Please allow us ample time to ensure your cabin is properly cleaned.
